We ship our products within Australia using various shipping carriers, including but not limited to Australia Post, TNT, and Couriers Please. We offer both standard and express shipping options, which may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping rates displayed during checkout are estimates only and may be subject to change based on the actual shipping cost. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping rates if necessary.
3. Shipping Timeframes:
We aim to dispatch your order within 7-14 business days from the date of your order. The estimated shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery to Door:
We strive to deliver your order to your door, but please note that some heavy and large items may not be able to be delivered to your door due to access limitations or safety concerns. In such cases, the item will be sent to the nearest courier company's depot and you will need to arrange pickup from the depot. We will notify you if your order requires depot pickup.
5. Order Tracking:
You can track the status of your order and shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that the tracking information may not be updated immediately and may take up to 24 hours to be available.
6. International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.
7. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Insurance:
We offer shipping insurance for an additional fee. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, we will be responsible for replacing or refunding your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.
