Refund policy

At YARRA OUTDOORS, we take great pride in the quality of our Corten steel decorative panels and powder-coated decorative panels. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Standard Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a standard size and design item, you may return it to us within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Custom Items: Custom size and design items are non-refundable. If you receive a custom item that has a major defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. We will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that our refund policy does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidental damage. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
